Emilia started her career as head girl at a local international event yard gaining invaluable horse handling skills. She groomed at some prestigious international shows in the UK and abroad including Burghley Horse Trials. While doing this she gained a level 3 in horse care and management.

In 2014 she started her training in Equine dentistry where she trained with Gill Spinney. In 2018 she passed the BEVA/BVDA exams becoming a BAEDT member.

In her spare time she enjoys eventing her horse Craig.

Lee Pritchard BVSc CertAVP PGCertVPS MRCVS

Since graduating from the University of Bristol, Lee has been working in East Cornwall  providing equine veterinary services to competition horses across a variety of disciplines setting up his own Veterinary successful practice. Lee has always had a passion for dentistry and decided after the demands of first opinion work became to much to concentrate his efforts solely into this field.

In December 2014 he attained an RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice with a soft tissue surgery bias. This was followed in July 2015 by a post-graduate certificate in veterinary professional studies with an internal medicine bias from the University of Liverpool.

He can be kept happy when the kettle is on.

Thea has been training alongside Emilia since 2020, she’s completed the advanced theory course in equine dentistry and is on the way to passing her BEVA/BVDA exams on the long road to becoming a BAEDT member. From a young age Thea always knew she wanted to be an EDT and her focus has been on nothing else.

She previously worked on a large international show jumping yard for two years gaining invaluable horse handling skills. She also has her own horses that she enjoys in her spare time.

Jemima Barry

Jemima is Emilia's sister and has worked for Lee's vet practice since July 2019 to help in administration and reception duties. Her role is still similar but she is also in charge of looking after Emilia and Lee's daughter Millie while they work so sorry if you hear crying on the phone. Before this, she ran a busy local business.

Outside of work Jemima enjoys time walking with her dog Barney in the countryside and on the beach. She also enjoys going to music festivals. Jemima grew up around horses and ponies and often competed in competitions when she was younger. She now enjoys riding her Emilia's horses.
